Getting Started

Option 1: Schedule a Quick (15 minute) Intake Call (Recommended)

A brief consultation allows us to review your concerns, discuss your goals, and determine whether this approach is a good fit before scheduling. This is especially helpful if you’re managing chronic pain, navigating complex medical history, or feeling unsure where to begin.

Option 2: Book an appointment*

Use the secure online portal to schedule your first session and complete your health history and intake forms in advance. This allows us to begin your appointment with clarity and focus

*Once I’ve reviewed your intake I may request a phone call before your first appointment. This is to ensure I have all the information I need to ensure the session is exactly what you need.
