Services
Resting Squirrel is a flat rate business that charges $90 an hour for therapeutic massage. Tipping is included in this rate and no additional money is expected at time of service.
Time Menu
30 minute sessions - $45: Usually best for follow up work. Great for continued orthopedic sessions or for clients who need titrated body based nervous system care.
50 minute sessions - $75: I call these express massage. These sessions are wonderful for folks with busy schedules and also for folks looking for a comprehensive session on a budget.
60 minute session - $90: This is a standard massage session and is a good amount of time for a full body massage or for focused orthopedic work on a few areas.
90 minute session - $135: I call this my standard maintenance massage where we can work on the full body and spend some time getting into any areas that may need extra attention.
120 minute session - $180: This is my specialty and gives us time to address and integrate different systems. For example: We could address the nervous system with craniosacral therapy, lymphatic techniques and guided release and also incorporate acupressure, orthopedic and stretching techniques. A two hour massage can be too much for some conditions and nervous systems, please reach out if you’d like to see if this is a good fit for you.
In addition to an ever expanding collection of advanced bodywork techniques I offer therapeutic tools during the sessions at no extra charge including dynamic cupping, gentle moist heat from the towel warmer, therapeutic positioning with bolsters and pillows as needed. Every service is consent based and explained before adding it in.
If you feel massage therapy would be of benefit to you and the cost is holding you back please reach out to me so we can discuss your individual circumstances.
Future offerings
March 2026: I’m expecting to offer hydrocollator therapy as an integrated tool. This therapeutic-grade, deep heat therapy is excellent at warming stiff tissue and relaxing chronically shortened muscles to allow for deeper work and greater nervous system down-regulation.
May 2026: In April I’ll be earning my Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Certification through Klose Training. I’m excited to introduce this gentle medical massage to folks needing post surgical care, care for injury rehab, lymphedema and general low grade inflammation. This is also excellent for relaxation.
This Summer June-August: I’m also wrapping up my Orthopedic Medical Massage training this spring through the Academy of Clinical Massage and will be offering full assessment, treatment, referrals and post treatment self care recommendations later this summer.
